Legalito was founded in 2023 by a team with more than 50 years of combined technology experience and 15 years of running a respected property law firm, and that combination sits at the heart of everything they do. We are delighted to welcome them as a Conference Sponsor of the LegalTech in Leeds Annual Conference 2026.
Legalito builds software that solves specific, practical problems for lawyers. Their platform is already trusted by over 3,600 lawyers, helping firms reduce risk, deliver remarkable time savings and streamline communication across the conveyancing process.
The product suite includes three core tools: Smart Documents for multi-document analysis and automated enquiry responses; Smart Reports for title, leasehold and mortgage compliance reporting; and Smart Enquiries for managing pre-contract enquiries.
Each product is designed with a clear purpose, reflecting the founders' belief that technology should make the lives of lawyers easier, not more complicated. You can find out more at www.legalito.co.uk.
Peter Ambrose, Director of Legalito and Managing Director of The Partnership, will be speaking at the conference on 21 May. Peter brings an unusual perspective to the LegalTech conversation: he has been running a successful law firm for over 17 years, growing it to nearly 100 people, while developing technology throughout that time to support its growth.

His focus at the conference will be on what technology should actually do for lawyers: supporting service delivery and solving specific problems, rather than encouraging blanket AI adoption without a clear purpose. It is a perspective the industry needs more of.
"I believe this gives me a highly unusual understanding of the challenges that lawyers actually need from technology, as well as experience in delivering it."
The LegalTech in Leeds Annual Conference 2026 takes place on Thursday 21 May at The Rose Bowl, Leeds Beckett University. Register now and come and meet the Legalito team on the day.
