A former employment lawyer, she now leads on the practical adoption of legal technology and GenAI at Walker Morris, working across lawyers, business services teams and clients to identify where technology can genuinely improve service delivery. Her focus is not just on what the technology can do, but on how people actually use it, with particular expertise in responsible AI, governance and people adoption.
